Jennifer Gray BScPT
Jennifer Gray is a graduate from the University of Saskatchewan, where she obtained her degree in Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2002 and her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 2006. Originally from Prince Albert, after completing her university degrees, she remained in Saskatoon working in private practice focussing in the area of orthopaedics. Clinically, Jennifer’s passion resides in orthopaedics. She has completed her Orthopaedic Division levels up to level 3 and has spent most of her career working with WCB and SGI patients. She has a young family with a son and daughter and enjoys teaching her daughter how to ride a bike and chasing after her son. When Jennifer is away from the clinic you can find her kayaking down the river, kickboxing or flipping tires at the club.

Anastasia Nemeth BScPT
Anastasia graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology in 2012. She went on to complete her Masters of Physical Therapy in 2014. Since graduating, she has worked in private practice with a focus on orthopaedics. She has experience treating individuals of all ages and with varying ailments, including athletes, persons with acute, chronic or overuse injuries, post surgical clients, and those in car accidents and work injuries. Having danced with Yevshan Ukrainian Folk Ballet Ensemble for many years, she also has a special interest in treating dancers. Anastasia believes in treating the whole person, and in her approach you can expect an individualized treatment plan that involves a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription and client education. She values the opportunity to work with each of her clients to empower them to achieve their goals and improve their well-being. After graduation she has gone on to complete many post graduate educational courses. She is working toward completing her Diploma in Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy, having completed up to Level 3 Lower Quadrant. She is certified in Biomedical Dry Needling, Myofascial Cupping, and the Functional Movement Screen. She has also taken extra courses on pain, osteo- and rheumatoid arthritis, and hand injuries. Since the birth of her son, Anastasia has had a keen interest in pre- and postnatal rehabilitation, and therefore went on to become a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Aside from managing client’s aches and pains, she helps treat pelvic floor dysfunctions (incontinence, prolapse) and diastasis. In the postpartum period (at any age) she educates her clients on safely returning to exercise/activity and running, and helps restore optimal posture and alignment for prevention of injury. She is passionate about helping all women, and men, return to activities they love Anastasia lives an active lifestyle playing ball hockey, dancing, enjoying roller blading and running her dog, and keeping busy with her young son.
